Dutch Water Dreams come true

Zoetermeer in Holland is stage to the dream of one man. Tobias Walraven. The 40.000 square meters of the funpark 'Dutch Water Dreams' show that dreams can come true. With a 300 mtr long olympic whitewater kayakking course, several in- and outdoor flowriders and 100m2 retail and catering space, Walraven has realised the wet dream of many waterpeople. Beachcamps of the Dutch touroperator in Mimizan, Lacanau, Molliets and Labenne-Ocean will carry the yellow/black hand-design on flags and equipment. Italian BG teamrider Elena Bertolini, winner of the Rip Curl Pro Italy in 2008, training in the dream-waves of Brazil. Sessions in bikini, exotic scenery and spectators and warm water make living easy. On contrast to that Elena throws in some severe shredding.

Kitesurfschool BEST stoked about their new rubber

Freesmiler and Kitesurfschool owner Karim Chioua will not stop telling us how good his new wetsuits are. Since he got his new Body Glove rubber, for crew and students, people are evermore blinded by his flashing white teeth cruising by on the water.

Karim has been a surf instructor for ten years in Morocco. Kitesurfing however really rocked his world. He is by far the most enthusiastic and spontaneous instructor we know in Holland. His summers are filled with teaching in Oostvoorne. Winter means it's time for organized kitesurftrips to Morocco. If you want to learn to fly, Karim is your choice. Sticked kicks off the kiteboarding season

The first Dutch kite-event of the 2009 season turned out to be another grand succes. Whether it was the new location (The Cliffs of Mirns in Friesland) or the nose of the ‘Sticked-Crew’ for wind, all competitors and spectators got a piece of the action. 3, 4 and the 5th of April turned out to provide ideal kite conditions. Making the event possible, Body Glove found it’s way to contribute to the dream of a wild bunch of kitesurfrookies.
